  1. Data processing on our website (log files)

When our website is visited, information is automatically recorded by the web server in so-called server log files. This serves the security and stability of the system.

  • Collected data: IP address (anonymised), date/time, browser type, operating system, referrer URL.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) DSGVO (legitimate interest).
  • Retention period: Log files are stored for at least 7 days.
  • Hosting: Our website is hosted with Infomaniak (in Switzerland). The data does not leave the secure European/Swiss legal jurisdiction.

 

  1. Contact form & Email contact

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of any follow-up questions.

  • Legal basis: Article 6 (1)(b) DSGVO (pre-contractual measures) or Article 6 (1)(f) DSGVO.
  • Deletion: Following final resolution of your request, provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

 

  1. Appointment booking via Zeeg

For scheduling we use the service provider Zeeg.

  • Function: When booking an appointment, data such as name, email address and the selected time are processed.
  • Location: Zeeg is a German provider. Data is stored exclusively on Open Telekom Cloud servers in Germany.
  • Data privacy: The platform operates on the „privacy by design“ principle. There is no third-party tracking.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) DSGVO (Performance of pre-contractual measures).

 

  1. Our technology partners: Security through European values

We place the highest value on data security, ecological sustainability and digital sovereignty. Therefore, we deliberately do not use US giants, but instead rely on European partners:

  • Infomaniak (Switzerland): For email traffic, cloud storage and video conferencing. Hosting exclusively in Geneva/Zürich under strict Swiss data protection law (recognised by the EU as „adequate“).
  • Zeeg (Germany): For scheduling with a server location in Germany.
  • Buhl Data (WISO, Germany): To create our invoices and securely store our accounting documents, we use the „WISO Mein Büro“ software from Buhl Data Service GmbH. The provider is a German company, and data processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany.

This choice guarantees that your data will not be passed on to third parties (such as Google or Microsoft) or evaluated for advertising purposes.

 

  1. Data processing within the scope of our services (consulting & education)

In addition to the website, we use data for our core services: sexual education and sexual health counseling.

  • Master data: Processing for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) DSGVO).
  • Invoice data: Storage due to legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 c DSGVO) for 10 years.
  • Sensitive data (Article 9 DSGVO): We only process data such as sexual orientation, health or medical history on the basis of your explicit consent. We obtain this separately (in writing or digitally) prior to the consultation.

 

  1. Your rights as a data subject

Where we process personal data concerning you, you have the following rights under the DSGVO. You may exercise these at any time informally (e.g. by email):

  • Right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO): You will receive confirmation and a copy of the processed data, as well as information on the purpose, recipients and storage period.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO): Incorrect data will be corrected without undue delay, and incomplete data completed.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO): Erasure of your data, provided there are no statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax law) or legitimate interests to the contrary.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO): Under certain conditions, you may request restricted use (storage only).
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO): You can receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or have it transmitted to a third party.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO): You can object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. In the case of direct marketing, there is an unqualified right to object.
  • Withdrawal of consent: If processing is based on your consent (esp. sensitive data), you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future.

 

  1. Right to complain

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO).
